Do you provide a warranty with your work? 

Yes. In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a workmanship warranty that varies depending on the scope of work. For more information please contact info@reconroofers.com 


Are you insured? 

Yes, please see our warranties page for additional details. 


Are you a licensed roofer? 

Yes. All of our license information is available on our warranties. Official documentation is available upon request. 


Can you handle my insurance claim? 

We do not process your insurance claims, that’s between the resident and payor. In the event that we can provide information to assist you with the claim, we are happy to do so.  


Are you a local company? 

We are headquartered in Newton, MA with additional locations in Dedham and Watertown. We are family owned and operated. We do have a senior National Roof Consultant available for commercial projects across the domestic United States.  


When will you be available to answer my questions?

What types of roofing do you install?  

We install a variety of roofing materials depending on your needs. While determining the estimate, our subject matter expert completes a thorough investigation of your roof to determine your exact needs and provide you with the most cost effective solution.  


What payments do you accept?  

Recon accepts all forms of payment including cash, check, card, and electronic payment applications (I.e. PayPal, Venmo, Google, Apple, etc.)
